How Kindbloom
came to be
Kindbloom is a modern floral design studio, that curates one-of-a-kind custom floral installations, styling, and arrangements.
Owner, Emily Stacy, practices botanical art through ikebana, the traditional Japanese art of floral arranging, and is trained and certified as an ikebana artist through the Sogetsu ikebana school headquartered in Japan. The attention to detail and care in craftsmanship, as well as the environmental awareness that goes into foam-free arranging techniques, are two of the main things that drew Emily to specialize in ikebana-based floral design.
Emily leverages her experience as a brand marketer, multidisciplinary artist, and former psychologist in her designs with mindful and intentional creative expressions.
In addition to offering sliding scale services and pro bono educational opportunities to marginalized groups, Emily has volunteered on the board of directors for Sogetsu Colorado and CASA. Please reach out with any partnership ideas!
